CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 368

368. (1) A limited company shall have the word "Limited" or the abbreviation
"Ltd." as part of and at the end of its name.
(2) A no liability company shall have the words "No Liability" or the
abbreviation "N.L." as part of and at the end of its name.
(3) A proprietary company shall have the word "Proprietary" or the
abbreviation "Pty." as part of its name, inserted immediately before the word

"Limited" or before the abbreviation "Ltd." or, in the case of an unlimited
company, at the end of its name.
