CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 398

Restrictions on tribute arrangements
398. (1) Without the sanction of a special resolution of the company, the
directors of a no liability company shall not:

   (a)  let the whole or proportion of a mine or claim on tribute; or

   (b)  make any contract for working any land on tribute.

(2) Subsection (1) does not preclude the directors of a no liability company
from letting the whole or portion of a mine or claim on tribute, or making any
contract for working any land on tribute, for any period not exceeding 3
months, without the sanction of such a resolution, if no such letting or
contract has been made within the period of 2 years immediately preceding the
proposed letting or contract.
