CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 446

446. Where a special resolution extending the period of official management of
a company is passed at a meeting convened in accordance with section 445, the
company continues under official management during the period specified in the
resolution unless the official management is further extended or is earlier
terminated under this Part.
