CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 451
Official manager may apply to Court for directions
451. (1) The official manager may apply to the Court for directions in
relation to any matter arising out of the exercise of his or her powers or
functions as official manager.
(2) An act done in accordance with a direction given by the Court on
application made under subsection (1) shall be deemed to have been properly
done for the purposes of this Act.
