CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 559

559. After provision is made for the costs, charges and expenses referred to
in paragraph 556 (1) (a), the debts of a class referred to in each of the
remaining paragraphs of subsection 556 (1) rank equally between themselves and
shall be paid in full, unless the property of the company is insufficient to
meet them, in which case they shall be paid proportionately.
