CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 58

58. (1) A reference, in relation to a provision of an Act, to a corresponding
law, or a reference to a law corresponding to a provision of an Act, is a
reference to a provision of a law, or of a previous law, of, or in force in, a
State or Territory, being a provision that:

   (a)  corresponds to that provision of that Act; or

   (b)  is declared by the regulations to be a provision that so corresponds.

(2) A reference to the lodgment or registration of a prospectus under a
corresponding law is a reference to the lodgment of a copy of a prospectus
with, or the registration of a copy of a prospectus by, as the case may be,
the NCSC under that corresponding law.
