CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 63

Eligible circumstances
63. An act or thing is done in eligible circumstances if, and only if, it is
done:

   (a)  in the course of trade or commerce:

        (i)    between Australia and places outside Australia;

        (ii)   among the States;

        (iii)  between a State and a Territory; or

        (iv)   among the Territories;

   (b)  in the course of banking (other than State banking not extending
        beyond the limits of the State concerned);

   (c)  in the course of insurance business (other than insurance business
        relating to State insurance not extending beyond the limits of the
        State concerned); or

   (d)  in a Territory.
