CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 636

Identical offers
636. (1) The offers must be the same disregarding:

   (a) the fact that the number of shares that may be acquired under each
offer is limited by the number of shares held by the offeree; and

   (b) any differences in the consideration specified for each share in the
offers that are attributable only to the fact that the offers relate
to shares having different accrued dividend entitlements or relate to
shares on which different amounts (whether by way of capital or
        premium) are paid up.

(2) The offeror must send an offer in an approved manner to each holder of
shares in the relevant class.
