CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 639

639. (1) Each offer must be accompanied by a copy of the Part A statement
referred to in paragraph 637 (1) (a).

(2) If the target company has, before the end of 14 days after the day on
which it received that Part A statement, given to the offeror a Part B
statement in relation to the offers, each offer must be accompanied by a copy
of that Part B statement and a copy of any report that accompanied that Part B
statement.
