CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 646

646. (1) Where takeover offers have been sent, the offeror shall, on the day
on which the last of the offers is sent:

   (a)  serve notice on the target company that the offers have been sent and
        of the date of the offers;

   (b)  if the target company is a listed company-serve a copy of the notice
        on each notifiable securities exchange in relation to that company;
        and

   (c)  lodge a copy of the notice.

(2) A notice or a copy of a notice referred to in subsection (1) shall be
accompanied by a copy of one of the offers and a copy of every document that
accompanied that offer.
