CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 678
Offer period
678. Subject to section 684, offers made by an announcement in accordance with
subsection 674 (1) remain open for the period of one month referred to in that
subsection or, if that period has been extended in accordance with
subsection 681 (3), for that period as so extended.
