CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 699

Obligations of target company to provide information
699. (1) Where a Part A statement or a Part C statement has been served on a
target company, the offeror may request the company to supply a written
statement setting out:

   (a)  the names and addresses (so far as they are known to the company) of
        the persons who, at the date of service of the Part A statement or the
        Part C statement, as the case may be, held shares in, or renounceable
        options or convertible notes granted or issued by, the company;

   (b)  in respect of each person who held shares-the number of shares held;

   (c)  in respect of each person who held renounceable options-particulars of
        the renounceable options and the number of shares to which the options
        relate; and

   (d)  in respect of each person who held convertible notes-particulars of
        the convertible notes and the number of shares into which the notes
        may be converted.

(2) Where such a request is made, the company shall send the statement to the
offeror:

   (a)  if the company requires payment of an amount not exceeding the
        prescribed amount-before the end of 7 days after the day on which
        payment of the amount is received by the company; or

   (b)  in a case to which paragraph (a) does not apply-before the end of 7
        days after the day on which the request is made.
