CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 707

707. (1) In this Part:

"company" means:

   (a)  a listed company; or

   (b)  a company, other than a listed company, that is for the time being
        declared by the Minister, by order published in the Gazette, to be a
        company in relation to which this Part applies.

(2) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, revoke or vary an
order published under subsection (1).
