CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 712

712. The circumstances required to be stated in a notice under section 709,
710 or 711 include circumstances because of which, having regard to the
provisions of Division 5 of Part 1.2:

   (a)  a person has a relevant interest in voting shares;

   (b)  a change has occurred in a relevant interest in voting shares; or

   (c)  a person has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in a company; as
        the case may be.
