CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 725

725. A company that is a corporation is not, because of anything done under
this Part or a corresponding law:

   (a)  to be taken for any purpose to have notice of; or

   (b)  put upon inquiry as to; the right of a person to or in relation to a
        share in the company.
