CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 74
Group holding companies
74. A company is a group holding company at the end of a financial year if,
and only if, at the end of the financial year:
(a) the company is a holding company of a body corporate; and
(b) there is no company of which the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary.
