CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 745

745. The person who records the minute of a resolution passed for the purposes
of this Chapter at a meeting of the directors of a body corporate shall record
in the minute the name of any director who is absent from the meeting when the
resolution is passed, the name of any director who votes against the
resolution and the name of any director who is present when the resolution is
passed and abstains from voting on the resolution.
