748. (1) The regulations may vary the requirements of any statement set out in
Part 6.12, either by omitting or altering any such requirement or by adding
additional requirements, and any reference in this Chapter to the requirements
of a statement set out in Part 6.12 is a reference to those requirements as so
varied for the time being.

(2) The regulations may require the serving on a securities exchange or
securities exchanges, or the lodging with the Commission, or both, of:

   (a)  a signed copy of a prescribed document, being a document made or given
        under this Chapter and not required by this Chapter to be so served or
        lodged; or

   (b)  a notice in the prescribed form, and containing the prescribed
        particulars, of such a document.

(3) The regulations may make provision as to what constitutes a class of
shares for the purposes of this Chapter.
