CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 848

848. For the purposes of this Division (other than section 851):

   (a)  a recommendation made by a partner shall be deemed to have been made
        by each partner in the partnership; and

   (b)  a recommendation made by a director, executive officer or secretary of
        a body corporate shall be deemed to have also been made by the body
        corporate.
