CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 854

854. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:

   (a)  a reference to a licence is a reference to a dealers licence; and

   (b)  a reference to a book, security, trust account or business of or in
        relation to a dealer who carries on business in partnership is a
        reference to such a book, security, trust account or business of or in
        relation to the partnership.
