CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 876
Duty of banker to make full disclosure
876. Where an order made under section 874 is directed to a banker, the banker
shall:
(a) disclose to the Commission every account kept at the bank in the name
of the person to whom the order relates, and any account that the
banker reasonably suspects is held or kept at the bank for the benefit
of that person; and
(b) permit the Commission to make a copy of, or to take an extract from,
any account of the person to whom the order relates or any of the
banker's books relating to that person.
