CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 880

880. (1) This Part applies to a person who:

   (a)  holds a licence;

   (b)  holds a proper authority from a person who holds a licence; or

   (c)  is a financial journalist.

(2) This Part applies in relation to securities if, and only if, they are
eligible securities and:

   (a)  securities of a public company or of a public company of a State or
        Territory; or

   (b)  securities of a body corporate or other person included in the
        official list of a securities exchange.
