CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 885

Power of Commission to require production of Register

885. (1) The Commission may require a person to whom this Part applies to
produce the Register for inspection by a person authorised by the Commission
at such place and within such period as the Commission specifies and the
authorised person may make a copy of, or take extracts from, the Register.

(2) A person to whom this Part applies shall comply with any requirement made
of the person under subsection (1).
