CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 926
Functions and powers under Fund provisions
926. (1) In addition to the legal capacity and powers that it has by virtue of
section 161, SEGC has such functions and powers as are conferred on it by the
provisions of this Part.
(2) Section 162 does not apply in relation to a function or power conferred as
mentioned in subsection (1).
