CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 931

931. The money in the Fund shall, until invested or applied in accordance with
the Fund provisions, be kept in an account, or, at the discretion of the
Board, in 2 accounts, in an Australian bank separate from any account or
accounts in which money not forming part of the Fund is kept.
