CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 936

936. (1) SEGC may, with the written approval of the Minister, determine, by
notice published in the Gazette, an amount (whether greater than, or less
than, $15,000,000) to be the minimum amount of the Fund for the purposes of
the Fund provisions.

(2) A written approval given by the Ministerial Council before the
commencement of this Part under a corresponding law in relation to the
previous Fund shall be deemed to be an approval duly given by the Minister
under this section in relation to the Fund.
