CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 992
Periods prescribed by business rules of exchange for purposes of corresponding law
992. A period prescribed by the business rules of a participating exchange for
the purposes of a law corresponding to paragraph (a) of the definition of
"completion period", or paragraph (a) of the definition of "prescribed
period", in section 948, or section 953, 963 or 964, shall be deemed to be
also prescribed by those business rules for the purposes of that paragraph or
section, as the case may be.
