This Division applies to:

(a)

acts and omissions in this jurisdiction in relation to securities of any body corporate, whether formed or carrying on business in this jurisdiction or in Australia or not; and

(b)

acts and omissions outside this jurisdiction, whether in Australia or not, in relation to securities of a body corporate that is formed or carries on business in this jurisdiction.
