CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 No. 50, 2001 - SECT 1102

What is a sufficient transfer by an authorised trustee corporation

(1) In respect of the transfer of marketable securities, otherwise than by way of sale, gift or exchange, by an authorised trustee corporation (whether alone or together with any other person or persons) to the beneficial owner of the securities, a document is a sufficient transfer if it relates to those securities and is duly completed in accordance with Form 9. (2) In respect of the transfer of marketable rights, otherwise than by way of sale, gift or exchange, by an authorised trustee corporation (whether alone or together with any other person or persons) in favour of the beneficial owner of those rights, a document is a sufficient instrument of transfer if it relates to those rights and is duly completed in accordance with Form 10.
