CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 No. 50, 2001 - SECT 1225

Duty of banker or body corporate to make full disclosure

Where an order made under section 1224 is directed to a banker or a body corporate, the banker or body corporate must:

(a)
disclose to the applicant for the order every account kept by the bank or body corporate in the name of the person to whom the order relates, and any account that the banker or body corporate reasonably suspects is held or kept by the bank or body corporate for the benefit of that person; and

(b)
permit the applicant for the order to make a copy of, or to take an extract from, any account of the person to whom the order relates or any of the banker's books relating to that person or the like books in the possession of the body corporate.
