(1) ASIC may register as an official liquidator a natural person who is a registered liquidator. (2) A person who is registered as an official liquidator is entitled, upon request, to be issued with a certificate of his or her registration. (3) ASIC may register under subsection (1) as official liquidators as many registered liquidators as it thinks fit.
