CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 No. 50, 2001 - SECT 323DA

Listed companies to disclose information filed overseas

(1) A company that discloses information to, or as required by:

(a)
the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States of America; or

(b)
the New York Stock Exchange; or

(c)
a prescribed securities exchange in a foreign country;

must disclose that information in English to the Exchange on the next business day after doing so.

(2) This section applies only to a company that is included in an official list of the Exchange. (3) This section applies despite anything in the company's constitution.
