CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 54

Chapter 8 agreements of the same kind

A Chapter 8 agreement is of the same kind as another Chapter 8 agreement if, and only if, the provisions of the first-mentioned Chapter 8 agreement are the same as, or not materially different from, the provisions of the other Chapter 8 agreement, disregarding:

(a)
the fact that the parties to the respective Chapter 8 agreements are different; and

(b)
any difference in the amounts payable under corresponding provisions of the respective Chapter 8 agreements.
