CUSTOMS AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 1) 1999 - SECT 2
Commencement
- (1)
- Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
- (2)
- Items 4 and 5 of Schedule 1 are taken to have commenced on 1 September
1992, immediately after section 20 of the Customs Legislation Amendment Act
1992 is taken to have commenced.
