COPYRIGHT AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 154 of 1980 - SECT 22
22. After section 163 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Application may be made to Tribunal by the agent of the copyright owner
"163A. (1) An owner of copyright may make an application to the Tribunal under
this Act by his agent.
"(2) Two or more owners of copyright may jointly make a single application to
the Tribunal by the same agent against the same person or body.".
