COPYRIGHT AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 154 of 1980 - SECT 3
Copyright not to subsist except by virtue of this Act or the Designs Act
3. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "the next succeeding sub-section" and
substituting "section 8A"; and
(b) by omitting sub-section (2).
