CRIMES AMENDMENT ACT 1982 NO. 67 OF 1982 - SECT 13

13. (1) The Principal Act is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

(2) Notwithstanding the amendments of the Principal Act made by sub-section
(1), the provisions of the Principal Act amended by that sub-section continue
to apply, after the commencement of this section, to and in relation to
offences committed before the commencement of this section as if those
amendments had not been made.
