CUSTOMS AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 3) 1980 No. 110 of 1980 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) Paragraph 3 (b) and sections 4 and 5 shall come into operation on a date
to be fixed by Proclamation.
