CUSTOMS AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 3) 1980 No. 110 of 1980 - SECT 32

32. Notwithstanding the amendments made by this Act, regulations that were in
force for the purposes of section 28, 80, 87 or 89 of the Principal Act
immediately before the commencement of this section continue in force and
shall be deemed to be as valid and effectual as they would be if made for the
purposes of section 28, 85, 92 or 98, as the case may be, of the Principal Act
as amended by this Act, but may be repealed or amended by regulations made
under the Principal Act as amended by this Act or by any other Act.
