CUSTOMS AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 3) 1980 No. 110 of 1980 - SECT 9

9. Section 51 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting "the last preceding section" and substituting "section 50";
and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:



"(2) Notwithstanding the generality of sub-section (1), ships, boats and
aircraft the importation of which is prohibited under section 50 are
prohibited imports if, and only if, they have been imported into Australia.".
