COMMONWEALTH AUTHORITIES AND COMPANIES ACT 1997 No. 153 of 1997 - SECT 33

33 Special rules for Commonwealth authorities established by regulations etc.


(1) The application of this Act to Commonwealth authorities covered by
paragraph 7(1)(b) is subject to any modifications that are prescribed by the
regulations.

(2) In this section:
modifications includes additions, omissions and substitutions.
