CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 149 of 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 5 and 16 shall come into operation on the twenty-eighth day after
the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(3) Section 11 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 21 October 1986.

(4) Sub-section 12 (1) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1
October 1983.
