2. Schedule 1 |
The later of: (a) 1 December 2014; and (b) the day the Korea-Australia Free Trade Agreement, done at Seoul on 8 April 2014, enters into force for Australia. However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur. The Minister must announce by notice in the Gazette the day the Agreement enters into force for Australia. |
