CRIMES AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1997 No. 20 of 1997 - SECT 2

(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Items 21, 22, 23 and 27 of Schedule 1 are taken to have commenced on 28
August 1995, immediately after the commencement of the Schedule to the
International War Crimes Tribunals (Consequential  Amendments) Act 1995 .
