COMPANIES AND SECURITIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 68 of 1986 - SECT 2

Commencement 
2. (1) Parts I and II shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Part III shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.
