COMPANIES AND SECURITIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 68 of 1986 - SECT 7

7. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (7) "specified in the agreement as the
        price payable for the share or any of the shares may be increased" and
        substituting "payable for the share or any of the shares is a price
        (in this sub-section referred to as the 'original price') specified in
        the agreement but may be varied"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (7) "taken to be the price so specified
        in the agreement" and substituting "deemed to be the original price".
