CLIMATE CHANGE AUTHORITY ACT 2011 (NO. 143, 2011) - SECT 19

Period of appointment for Authority members

An Authority member (other than the Chief Scientist) holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 5 years.

Note: For reappointment, see the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
