Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered ActsAn Authority member or associate Authority member must give written notice to the Climate Change Minister of all interests, pecuniary or otherwise, that the Authority member or associate Authority member has or acquires and that conflict or could conflict with the proper performance of the Authority member's functions or the associate Authority member's functions, as the case may be.
