Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) A full-time Authority member or full-time associate Authority member must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office without the Climate Change Minister's approval.
(2) A part-time Authority member or part-time associate Authority member must not engage in any paid employment that conflicts or may conflict with the proper performance of his or her duties.
