CLIMATE CHANGE AUTHORITY ACT 2011 (NO. 143, 2011) - SECT 58

                   To avoid doubt, the CEO is not subject to direction by the Authority in relation to the CEO's performance of functions, or exercise of powers, under:

                     (a)  the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 ; or

                     (b)  the Public Service Act 1999 ;

in relation to the Authority.
